Shipping and Handling

For online orders delivery is calculated based on item size and weight. Our standard delivery charge which applies for chairs and larger items is £10.80 For smaller items such as mice and compact keyboards the charge is £5.50.

Delivery Timescale
Accessories- Accessories will be delivered within 2-3 days of ordering (depending on stock levels). We will contact you if a particular item is out of stock to discuss lead times.

Chairs and Desks- Chairs and desks can be ordered online, however they will be delivered boxed and the components will need to be put together, unless other arrangements have been made directly with us. Due to the many different options available on our chairs, it is not possible to keep all variations in stock. We are currently working to display accurate lead times on all products. If you do want to know a lead time for a product prior to ordering, please call or email us.
Please call the office if you require a chair or desk to be delivered and set up.

Lundia Shelving- Lundia shelving can be ordered online and is delivered on a 2-3 day delivery service (if items are in stock). Please note this is not a timed service. Upgrading to a next day, AM/PM or Saturday delivery service is available, please contact the office for pricing. Please note for Highlands postcodes, delivery time may be extended.

Other Items-Some products cannot be ordered online and the shipping charge for these orders will be determined on an individual basis.

Packaging
Where possible we re-use boxes and packaging to reduce our environmental impact.
